Human RCTAlso known as: IBI362, LY3305677
Community-reported ranges are anecdotal and not clinically validated. Evidence grade shown reflects the strength of available human data. Not a prescription. Legal status varies by country and changes over time; verify locally.
Overview
A GLP-1/glucagon dual receptor agonist that was approved in China in 2025 for weight management. It remains investigational in most other regions.
Mechanism
Co-activates GLP-1 and glucagon receptors: GLP-1 reduces appetite and slows gastric emptying, while glucagon-receptor activity is proposed to raise energy expenditure.
Evidence
Strong within its Chinese approval (GLORY phase 3 programme); still investigational and unapproved in the US, UK and EU, where long-term data are being established.
