A synthetic tetrapeptide promoted for anti-ageing based largely on a single research group's work. Independent human evidence is very limited.

A modified fragment of human growth hormone marketed for fat loss. Human trials did not demonstrate meaningful weight loss.

A modified, long-acting form of insulin-like growth factor 1 used in bodybuilding. Carries real risks (hypoglycaemia, tissue growth) and is WADA-prohibited.

A mitochondrial-derived peptide studied for metabolic and exercise-mimetic effects, largely in animals. Human evidence is limited.
