Privacy
Aminove treats the health information you log as sensitive. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. In short: your data exists to show you your own records, and for nothing else. We show no advertising, use no third-party analytics, never sell or share your personal data, and never track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Who we are
The data controller is Niumora Limited (company no. 16702034), registered office Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, England, M2 3WQ. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@aminove.com.
What we collect and why
Everything below is collected only to make the app work for you ("app functionality"), is linked to your account, and is never used for tracking or advertising. Aminove is an educational tool — it never suggests a dose, and the records it holds are the numbers and notes you enter yourself.
Email address. Used to create and sign in to your account, and for account emails such as confirmation and password reset.
Health data. The doses, injection sites, side effects, bloodwork results, body measurements, health metrics, cycles, stacks and reminders you log — plus, if you connect it, data from Apple Health (see below).
Photos. Progress photos you choose to upload. They are stored in a private storage area scoped to your account; only you can view them.
Other content you write. Notes on your logs, and posts or replies you publish in the community. Community posts are visible to other signed-in users — do not include information there you want to keep private.
User ID. A random account identifier that ties your records to your account.
Purchase history. Your subscription or lifetime-purchase status, so the app knows what you have access to.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
If you connect Apple Health in the iOS app, Aminove reads — with your permission, granted per metric — activity (steps, active energy, exercise minutes), heart measurements (resting heart rate, heart rate variability, walking heart rate, cardio recovery, VO₂ max), vitals (respiratory rate, blood oxygen, wrist temperature, blood pressure, blood glucose), sleep (duration and stages), and body measurements (weight, body fat, lean body mass, waist). With separate write permission, it writes back only the body measurements you logged in Aminove. This data is stored as daily summaries and is used solely to show you your own trends alongside the days you dosed. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never shared with third parties, never sold, and not kept beyond what the feature needs — deleting your account erases it.
Lawful basis (UK/EU GDPR)
Health data is special-category data. We process it on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9), given at onboarding; you can withdraw consent at any time in Settings, which stops the processing and lets you delete the data. Account and billing data are processed as necessary to provide the service you signed up for (contract).
Storage and security
Your data lives in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database with per-user row-level security: the database itself enforces that only your account can read or write your records. Photos live in a private storage bucket with one folder per user, enforced the same way. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Processors we rely on
We use a small number of service providers to run Aminove, each only for what it needs: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Stripe (web payments — your card details go directly to Stripe; Aminove never sees card numbers), Apple (App Store purchases and billing), and Resend (delivery of account emails). If you use the research assistant, your question and relevant excerpts from our peptide library are sent to Anthropic to generate the answer — never your name, email, health logs or any other account data. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies: your sign-in session, and a region preference used to show region-appropriate content and pricing. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account in Settings permanently erases your records, including photos and synced health data. You can export everything as CSV at any time before (or instead of) deleting.
Your rights
You can access and export your data (CSV, any time), correct it, delete it, and withdraw consent — all from Settings, or by emailing privacy@aminove.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
Aminove is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will announce them in the app and update this page. Last updated: 10 July 2026.
