Community-reported ranges are anecdotal and not clinically validated. Evidence grade shown reflects the strength of available human data. Not a prescription. Legal status varies by country and changes over time; verify locally.

Overview

A pegylated form of mechano growth factor, a splice variant of IGF-1 expressed in muscle after mechanical stress. Marketed for muscle repair; human evidence for the marketed claims is absent and it is WADA-prohibited.

Mechanism

MGF (IGF-1Ec) is proposed to activate satellite cells and support muscle repair after damage; pegylation is intended to extend its very short half-life.

Evidence

Animal / preclinicalWhat does this mean?

Thin: mechanistic and rodent data on muscle repair; no human efficacy trials for the physique claims made by sellers.

Community-reported information

Community reports vary. Anecdotal and unvalidated; general information only.

General information only, not tailored to you and not a recommendation. Some regions withhold this entirely.
