Egrifta

A GHRH analogue approved to reduce excess abdominal fat in HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Off-label physique use is not supported by that approval.

Ibutamoren

An orally active ghrelin-receptor agonist that raises GH and IGF-1. Investigated in trials but not approved; popular for physique use.

A potent growth-hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP). Popular for physique goals; human efficacy for those claims is unproven and tolerance can develop.

An early growth-hormone-releasing peptide known for a strong hunger response. Human efficacy for physique goals is unproven.

Pralmorelin

A growth-hormone-releasing peptide used in some countries as a diagnostic agent (pralmorelin). Physique-use claims are weakly supported.

Long R3 IGF-1

A modified, long-acting form of insulin-like growth factor 1 used in bodybuilding. Carries real risks (hypoglycaemia, tissue growth) and is WADA-prohibited.

Mechano Growth Factor, IGF-1Ec, Pegylated MGF

A pegylated form of mechano growth factor, a splice variant of IGF-1 expressed in muscle after mechanical stress. Marketed for muscle repair; human evidence for the marketed claims is absent and it is WADA-prohibited.

FS-344

A form of follistatin, a natural protein that binds and inhibits myostatin. Studied mainly in gene-therapy and animal models for muscle growth; injectable-product claims are unproven and it falls under WADA's myostatin-related prohibitions.
